My classes are fun and engaging group exercise session streaming live from the comfort of your home, or wherever you may be. My classes consist of an array of creative combination exercises designed to raise your heart rate, tone your entire body, and build muscle.

If you’re after a Brazilian butt lift without going under the knife, then look no further. Results are guaranteed so long as you remain consistent. This is an enjoyable and exhilarating class that will strengthen and tone your lower body muscles.
Encouraged to work together as a team to count down the reps and motivate each other through the rounds. You’ll have so much fun that you won’t realise that you’ve just completed 500 reps. The Jasmine Cole’s resistance bands and ankle weights are recommended for faster results.
This class consists of body sculpting and HIIT exercises. During the 40 minutes session, you will perform a medley of exercises designed to target all of your "problem areas" at once.
